Description
Just a thought: people are used to "like" functionality these days. In my project, we've currently refrained from using ratings in message boards simply because we fear our users will find the prospect of downvoting rather offputting.
In preparation for Ideation; we are merging New Feature and Improvement tickets into a singular ticket type called “Feature Request”. Additional information to follow soon.
