Using mixed list mode causes CKEditor to add additional items/bullets to source when editing and previewing

Description

Replicated: 6.0.12, 6.0.x (Rev. 117161), Trunk (Rev. 117161)
Note: Occurs on CKEditor. Issue does not occur with Simple Editor. Tested on both Wiki Parsers.

Steps to Replicate:
1. Sign into test@liferay.com
2. Add a wiki portlet to the guest home page and create a new wiki page
3. Copy and paste the following into CKEditor source:

# Testing Pound
# Testing
** Divider

4. Publish the wiki page
5. Edit the wiki page and view the source in the editor
6. An additional # was added into the source
7. Click "Preview" again, another # will be added

PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. 6.1.20 EE GA2.

An additional # is added into the source when editing wiki page.

Fixed on:
Tomcat 6.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.0.x GIT ID: e8a708f95b881f0910115cdb63f8946864cf968c.
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.x EE GIT ID: a80d57becbd69e7cef902b67ef65e2c05cb6af04.
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: b7e34ace4efcacb4ec5c9cdcd22f4a1955159fd6.

There will not be an additional # in the source of wiki page.
