Description
As the orphan pages are assigned parents which in turn are linked to the Main page, they still appear under Orphan Pages tab. However the wikinav is reflecting the association.
If Orphan pages disappeared from the Orphan tab then it would be easier to assign rest of the pages. Currently one is having to scroll to second and subsequent pages to assign every single and subsequent pages.

We had raised ticket on our enterprise support and finally got following answer.
Please have a look at improvement suggested.
Our engineers have finished their analysis on this issue, and it has turned out, that although this is reported as malfunction, orphan pages work this way. A wiki disappears from this list only, when it's linked in another wiki's body with [[brackets]]. If a page has a child page, this remains "orphan", which can be a misleading name. So our solution is to open an LPS ticket as an improvement to change this label to "unlinked" or "unreferred".
