Description

DB Migration tool does not migrate indexes to the target DB.

Regression Bug - Used by Liferay QA to indicate an issue discovered during regression testing LPS-26161 DB Upgrade - NullPointerException during upgrade

PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

1. Start liferay instance with Oracle database.
2. Add Documents and Media portlet.
3. Upload some documents.
4. Then Migration to MySQL.
5. Shut down liferay instance.
6. Go to MySQL "dlfileentry" table.
7. Check the indexes.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. 6.1.10 EE GA1.

The indexes is lost.

Fixed on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. 6.1.x EE GIT ID: 0a2bcbe1dea08d18900eeb2f2896b4693a7533e4.
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. 6.2.x GIT ID: 820ae31d4463350a4b130cf6f80a3e3a833961f1.

Migrate indexes is successfully.
