Description

Site menu option disappears when the scope is changed to Global.

Hello Ed,

The three options that disappear (Site Settings, Site Pages and Site Memberships) are exclusive for sites (both organization and users) and it doesn't make much sense to have them for the global scope: it doesn't have the ability to manage pages or users.

Do you consider that any of them should be available for global scope?
