Control Panel menu background gets pushed into portlet background

Description

This issue can only be observed when the browser window is dragged to a width that is too narrow to accommodate the control panel portlet currently being viewed. The dark grey background used for the control panel's menu will be pushed into the lighter gray background of the active portlet when the page is scrolled horizontally to the right (see attached images).

To clarify, this issue occurs with all control panel portlets, not just the Calendar. Note that this can be difficult to reproduce with certain portlets whose layouts scale well with small browser windows.

PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.20 EE GA2.

The dark grey background used for the control panel's menu will be pushed into the lighter gray background of the active portlet when the page is scrolled horizontally to the right

The page will display correctly.
