Description

Media Gallery downloads a thumbnail of the media items rather than displaying the media. This happens on all media types.

This also happens with jpg files - it directly downloads them to my Downloads folder without an option to display.

Note: this appears to be adding an extra file extension to the images (eg picture.jpg.jpg)

Hi Lauren Miller,
Thanks for the report. I tried to reproduce this issue on iferay Portal 6.1.0.b3 but could not. Here are the steps I tried:

1. Go to Control Panel.
2. Add a Documents and Media,then add several images.
3. Then back to liferay.com.
4. Add -> more -> add a Media Gallery.
5. Click a image to download.
But the donwload image is not a thumbnail.

Please ensure you have a fresh environment with no other issues that may interfere with the bug. If you still experience this issue, please let me know how to reproduce the issue and we can re-visit it. If I cannot reproduce this issue, it cannot be fixed. Thanks!
