When deleting the parent page of the selected child page blank page is received and exceptions in the log

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1) Create a organization
2) Edit organization and "Create site" for the organization
3) Create a page for the organization e.g.: "Parent page"
4) Create a child page for "Parent page" e.g.: "Child page"
5) Navigate to "Child page"
6) Go to Control Panel and select organization from the ComboBox
7) Got Site Pages
8) Select "Parent page"
9) Try to delete parent page

The error will occur here.

PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. 6.1.x Revision: 89220.

I would be redirected to a page with a lot of apache errors.

Fixed on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. 6.1.x Revision: 93232.

There would be a popup showing I have no permission to delete this page,cause I am accessing this page.This is correct and friendly.
