Description

1. Create a page.
2. Add Web Content Display portlet.
3. Create a web content. (It doesn't display "Your request processed successfully." message.)
4. Try to click "Add Web Content" icon creating another web content.
The "Your request processed successfully." message will show up when creating web content second time.

Note: The behavior should be that the "Your request processed successfully" does not show up when you add the web content a second time.

PASSED Manual Testing following steps in description.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 6.0.32 + MySQL 5. Firefox 5.0. 6.0.x Revision 85127.
Tomcat 6.0.32 + MySQL 5. Firefox 5.0. 6.1.x Revision 85127.

Fixed on:
Tomcat 6.0.32 + MySQL 5. Firefox 5.0. 6.0.x Revision 85201.
