Hey Ed,

I've updated the title to make it more specific. Basically this Story is adding to DDL (actually to DDM which is used underneath) the ability to translate its contents in the same way as it is done for Web Content.

This is in fact necessary because part of the backend of Web Content administration will be using DDM and this feature is needed to avoid loosing web content functionality
